1. We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on items of ‘NEW’ jewellery (excluding earrings) if they are found to be defective within 7 days of sale. (Subject to return in original condition with packaging and proof of purchase).
2. You do not have a right to a refund if you make a mistake in choosing the item, subsequently decide that you do not like the item, or simply change your mind. (Sale of Goods Act 1979)
3. All pre-owned or second hand goods are sold ‘as seen’ and do not qualify for return or refund. Please note that the law does not expect the same terms of quality from second hand goods as it does with new items. Wear and tear, appearance and durability will inevitably be affected by the age of the item and must be taken into account.
Please note that exchange of refunds on certain products may be restricted by law.
